Returns Info
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know in writing within 14 days of your purchase for return or exchange. Jayley asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scents. Unwanted goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
It’s important that any unwanted product is returned in a re-saleable condition, the products must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached within its original packaging.

Refund
If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original card or PayPal account used to pay for the goods. As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, Saegrass & Linen will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We want you to feel and look amazing, call our stylist team for advice on sizing and how to wear your look. The largen look can be ideal in layers. Linen looks great when you layer up. Our made in Italy range is great for all sizes unto size 38 from size 12. Every item looks different on different shapes and sizes and can be more flattering on the more curvy figure. Our Jayley range is designed for sizes 10-14 but some items are able to provide extra room.
If items are out of stock and no alternative is found a refund maybe requested. If payment is with PayPal we will not be able to refund PayPal fees incurred on the purchase. We will charge back any fees as a process fee. Goods maybe sold in store at any time and can not guarantee real time stock.
Q. How does this “one-sized” thing work?
A. Good question! Most of our garments are one-sized or “free-sized”, which means that they are suitable for a range of sizes. For example, if the description says “One size, suitable for sizes 12-20”, it will fit customers between sizes 12 and 20. It’s all about how the garments are worn and styled rather than going for an exact fit.
This is good news for you as it means you will still be able to will see that pretty much everything fits so everyone wins!
